Registration
The final and legally binding registration will take place in early 2027.
Payment will be handled by the seminar centre itself.
We provide a non-binding pre-registration here to make sure that demand and reservations match.
Moreover, when you pre-register you will get a head-start for the final registration.
Costs
We hope that the costs for renting the conference and break-out rooms (approx. 3000 €)
will be covered by sponsors.
Assuming that's true, the cost per participant will amount to 476 €.
This includes:
- Dinner and single room for May 13
- Food and single room for May 14
- Food for May 15 (without dinner)
This does NOT include:
- Travel
- Accommodation for the night from May 15 to May 16; this would be another 116 €.
If you find someone to share a room with, you can reduce the accommodation costs further.
If you'd like to attend but don't have the financial means, please reach out to us;
we have offers to sponsor one or two attendees.
Pre-Registration
If really think about attending we suggest that you pre-register for the event with an e-mail
to info@thelastcoder.net.
In the email please specify:
- Your name
- An email address to reach you
- On which days you want to attend
- If you'd be happy to share a room - and with whom if you already know

This will not influence your chance of getting a spot, but provide us with better information about requesting more rooms.
